In September 2020, at the invitation of Fujian Shipping Vocational College, our company had the honor to participate in the "2021 Graduates Campus Recruitment Fair" held by the school. There are more than 200 companies participating in this recruitment, and more than 5,000 participants.
The weather on that day was not very beautiful, but it was less than 9 o'clock, and you could see that many recruiting companies came one after another.
As the exhibition time approaches, more and more companies and students have arrived at the venue, and you can see the scene of active communication everywhere.
With the help of the school and teachers, we also managed to hold a special corporate presentation for students who are about to graduate. We hope that through the presentation, everyone will feel the charm of Shenzhen and also understand our company’s business and corporate culture. The students listened very carefully and expressed their anxiety about entering the workplace and their yearning for Shenzhen.
I also received a lot of resumes at the fair during the day. In order not to delay everyone's exam time, under the coordination of the teacher, I made a simple communication with the students about the resume information in the classroom that night. The next job is to conduct a second communication with suitable candidates, hoping to achieve work cooperation with some students.
