There are many types of ceramic capacitors. As shown in Table 1, Murata's major feature is to develop and provide products suitable for multiple purposes according to customer needs.
Table 1. Types of ceramic capacitors

Standard ceramic capacitors. The product lineup is rich, with specifications ranging from 0.4×0.2mm to 5.7×5.0mm, capacities from 0.1pF to 100uF, and rated voltages from 4Vdc to 630Vdc. It is also used the most in ceramic capacitors.
Products specially developed for high-frequency circuits such as mobile phones, communication modules, and mobile communication base stations. High frequency and low loss are achieved by using Cu with low resistivity in the internal electrodes.
Products developed specifically for high-speed wireless communication circuits or ICs in optical communication equipment. Since Au is used in the surface electrode, it has good high-frequency characteristics and excellent adhesion.

It is a product developed to reduce the ESL value and realize high-speed charging and discharging through high-frequency circuits such as CPUs. Low ESL can be achieved by shortening the current route or configuring electrodes to cancel electromagnetic fields.
ESL has been explained in "Capacitor Fundamentals [Lecture 2 Functions and Characteristics of Ceramic Capacitors]", please refer to it.

A product developed to increase the assembly density of components and reduce assembly costs. Not long ago, the world's smallest specification --- 0.3×0.2mm size discharge capacitors have been on the market.

The capacitor uses a ceramic dielectric with a higher insulation breakdown voltage, and improves the internal electrode structure to achieve a rated voltage in kV units. In addition, Murata also has X capacitors and Y capacitors on the primary side of the switching power supply certified by international safety standards.
A product developed to keep the capacitance value of a capacitor changing continuously. Used for fine-tuning the frequency of the oscillation circuit and the impedance matching of the circuit.
