Brief description of MOS tube electrical properties

A. Bvdss:


This item is the main item for checking customer needs. How much V MOS tube does the customer need? 30V, 40V or 100V?
B. ID:
After confirming how many V (volt) MOS transistors the customer needs, it is necessary to confirm whether the customer has how many IDs and how many A (amps) requirements.
C. VGS:
It refers to the voltage from Drain (drain) to Gate (gate or gate). Generally speaking, low-voltage MOS transistors are usually 20V. High-voltage MOS transistors are usually ±30V. Some low-voltage MOS transistors require ±12V. It depends Depending on the client application.
D.Vgs(th):
